Temporary pop up message

Hello,

I need to find a way to stop our travelers from purchasing travel through Concur for trips after Feb 10.

It's just a temporary message as we transition to a different TMC.   

I know there is a way to do this, but I can't figure it out.   Isn't there a way to just have a pop up message when you first do your air search?

@almaes there is that option, but you would need the proper permissions to enable it. There is also the option of simply removing the Travel permission from all users. You can do this in bulk through an import, but someone would need to populate the template with all the employees' information. 

Now, what I've learned over my 16 years at SAP Concur is end users often do not read pop-ups, so you run the risk of people just closing the pop-up and continuing with the booking. I would suggest talking to your Travel Agency about this as they shouldn't accept any new bookings and I suggest speaking to your assigned SAP Concur Customer Success Manager to see if you can get Travel turned off for the site while you transition.
