TSA Precheck and FF Numbers Not on Bookings

We are experiencing issues with TSA precheck numbers and FF numbers not populating on booking booked through Concur. We have verified that all information is correct and entered on the travel profile, but it continues to be an issue. When booked directly through the airlines everything functions correctly. Is anyone else experiencing this or know how to correct it?

@mgill I would recommend one of two things or maybe both:

1. Speak with Travel Agency to see if they can see the TSA Pre-Check number and/or FF number on the reservation.

if not

2. Submit a Help ticket to Concur Support. 

 

Is this happening with multiple travelers?

Yes, we have heard from multiple travelers that they have had issues with pre-check. Our TMC has confirmed that everything appears normal on their end but when a boarding pass is generated the pre-check does not appear.

@mgill having your TSA Pre-Check number in your Concur Travel profile doesn't guarantee it will appear on the boarding pass. I did a search in our Knowledge base and here is what I found about TSA Pre-Check not showing on boarding passes. Notice the second bullet point.
