Smart Filter for Flight Search (time parameters)

Hello - does anyone know where I can find the "smart filter" that Concur newly introduced to help with selecting the time parameter for a flight search? This solution is meant to improve the experience in selecting flight times in the search criteria - instead of clicking on the calendar and adjusting the sliders.

@Robin_DeWolfe when was this introduced and where did you hear about this? I just signed in to my profile and I still see the same UI with the time sliders. I don't see any Smart Filter. 

I looked in our release notes for August and September, but didn't see it mentioned there.

Please try the below. Hope it helps.

The Smart Filter for flight search time parameters refers to an enhancement in the new SAP Concur Travel experience intended to make selecting departure and arrival times easier.

The important point is that the feature may not appear as a separate button labeled “Smart Filter.”

Its availability and presentation can depend on your organization's Concur Travel version and feature rollout.

To look for it, open Travel → Book Travel → Flights, enter your route and dates, and inspect the departure and arrival time controls. If you still see only the calendar and sliders, the enhancement may not be available in your environment.

What to check next:

1. Confirm that your organization uses the new Concur Travel experience.

2. Check the flight search form and results page for updated time-selection controls.

3. Ask your Travel Administrator whether the enhancement has been enabled or released for your company.

4. Review the latest SAP Concur Travel documentation or raise a SAP Concur Support case.

Important: I could not verify an official release note identifying the exact location or activation date of a feature specifically named “Smart Filter.” Therefore, I would not assume it is already available to every customer.

One question: Are you using the new Concur Travel experience or the legacy Concur Travel interface?

That will help narrow down where to look.
