Setting up a new user for Travel

Our company has Concur setup with a few employees. We would like to expand this to all our employees. I do not see in the help guides and information how to setup a new user for Concur travel. Could someone please guide us on this?

@Kumar When you log into SAP Concur, do you have an option in the upper right corner that says Administration? If so, could you mouse over that for me and send me a screenshot of the options available, please?

Because you are a travel only customer, I'm not able to get into your site, so I have to ask a few questions to see what options you have as far as administration goes.
