Send OOP Emails to Multiple Recipients

We have an indirect relationship with Concur Travel.  We would like OOP emails on travel bookings to go to more than one emails recipient.  Our TMC is telling us that this is not possible.  But I seem to remember we were able to do this at my last company.  In additional to the traveler's direct manager, we were able to add a email for the travel team's distribution list.

Anyone able to have these OOP emails sent to more than one address?

@LisaMackay I didn't see anything to add an additional email recipient, so I posted the question internally to see if it is possible. You might want to make your post in the Admin Group to see if anyone there has an idea. This forum is more read by end users and not those who woulds set up travel rules.
