@CandaceBrown are you saying the Hertz number saved on our Concur Travel profile is wrong? If so, you can change it on your Concur Travel profile by going to the Frequent Traveler Programs section and click the little pencil icon to make the change.
Is this what you have tried and the system won't let you change it?
