Removing Basic Economy Fares on Concur

Is there a way to remove basic economy fares across all airlines without creating a rule individually?

@dzambo I believe you can create one rule that would exclude all economy fares across all airlines. 

I'm not sure if you were asking if you had to create one rule per airline or if you were asking if there is a way to remove all economy fares without creating any rules. 

Out of curiosity...why don't you want economy fares? They usually save companies money.

I was looking to see if there was a simpler way to exclude basic economy across all airlines instead of a rule for each airline.  Our company does not allow out travelers to take basic economy fares due to some of the restrictions on seats, baggage, etc.
