Remove the "Best rental cars for you" from our travel car rental booking page

We are looking for a way to remove the "Best rental cars for you" from appearing when our users are booking a car and only display the "All rental cars" area displayed with our approved vendors.  We have changed car vendors, made changes with the Most Preferred, More Preferred, Preferred labels, but we are still seeing too many rentals with the old rental company.

The “Best rental cars for you” section is part of the Concur Travel car-shopping experience.

Changing supplier preference labels does not remove this section or exclude previously preferred vendors.

Recommended:

1. Review Car Configuration: Verify the preferred rental-car suppliers and applicable company travel policies.
2. Review Supplier Preferences: Confirm that the former rental company is no longer designated as preferred.
3. Check Car Travel Rules: Determine whether the former supplier can be restricted or excluded through supported configuration.

Important: There is no confirmed standard administrator setting that universally removes this section

while retaining only “All rental cars.”

Supplier preference labels influence how rental options are presented but do not guarantee removal of unwanted suppliers.

If the goal is to prevent bookings with the old rental company, enforce supplier restrictions.
