Receive travel booking notifications for specific employees

Hi,

 

A few employees have booked travel without prior government approval, causing major issues with billing. Since they travel infrequently and tend to "forget" the process, we’re looking for a way to prevent this without changing the travel rules for everyone.

 

Is there a way for me (Concur admin) and their manager to be notified when they book travel? The managers don't want their travel set up to require approval. They just want a copy of the itinerary whenever they book travel.

 

I added my email to one employee's profile and selected "Yes" for Contact for Travel Notifications; however, I can't verify my email since it's already verified under my own account. Will I still receive a copy of the itinerary?

@hatchett According to what I read, what you did is correct. Although I also read something that says if the user themselves books the trip, the arranger doesn't receive the email. 

 

I guess we will see what happens the next time this user books a trip. Could you let me know what happens, please?
