Question on Request integrated with Travel

Hello Team,

When integrating with Request, how to force employee to use Approve then Book flow, rather than Book then Approve, and at the same time to let employee view their history itinerary?

@miaoying from what I read, if you are using Concur Travel integrated with Concur Request and all verticals (Air, Car, Hotel and Rail) are on the New Concur travel, then this is on by default. If any of the verticals mentioned do not have new Concur Travel, then I believe you have to have the Require Pre-Approval rule turned on in your Travel Rules.
