Processing churn and duplicate detection issue

Hi,

 

I'm getting the following message when trying to book my flight.  I had  another booking going that I canceled because I could not find a hotel.  That was on Friday.

Can someone help me with this?  I need to book my travel asap and this is blocking me.

@mikegarcia2000 call your company's travel agency. The system still sees the other booking as active. This is telling you that you are trying to book another reservation with overlapping dates.

Ok.  My problem is I don't know who my companies travel agency is 😞

@mikegarcia2000 when you sign in to SAP Concur, look in the Company Notes section. Usually the travel agency contact information is posted there.
