Potential Fraud

I booked a hotel reservation using my company's Concur travel application and the name on the reservation and the credit card was mine but when I called the hotel to confirm they had a completely different name on the reservation (someone from another country).  I was worried about fraud and wasn't sure who to contact (my travel agent could only see my name but the hotel saw a different name.)

For fraudulent transactions, it is best practice to contact your credit card provider as soon as possible.
