Passport details

I am trying to update my passport details.

I have a new UK Passport, and im required to submit, city, state country of issue.  There is nowhere on the UK passport the details the city of issue.

Please help as the update is not accepted until this detail is entered.

Hello @RObP 

You could try the following:

• Place Issued (City...): Concur requires this field to complete the profile. Enter any generic text, for example, London or UK, as it is a free-text field and is not validated against official data.
• State/Province: This field can be left blank if the system allows; if not, use a generic value such as N/A.
• Country of Issue: Make sure this is correctly set to United Kingdom.

@RObP I'm looking at your profile and it appears you were able to get the new passport information saved. Is that correct?
