Notice of "unassigned direct bill airfare transactions" for Connexxus reservations. What do I do?

Receiving email notices about unassigned transactions. I believe it is in reference to 2 canceled trips but I don't know what to do. In Connexxus I don't see a way to create a report.

@lwitten I looked in SAP Concur and I didn't see that you have a company card assigned there. Also, you mentioned Connexsus, so I think the email notifications might be coming from there and not from SAP Concur.

I'm not sure you will get a solution here as this sounds like an issue outside of SAP Concur.

You wouldn't create a report in Connexus, you would create an expense report in Concur Expense.

No, this hasn't been resolved. The email notifications don't contain any details about the transactions the message is referring to so I have no idea what they're referencing. How can I figure that out?
