Not able to submit claim

Hi,
I am getting an alert "Due to the blackout that started at 4 PM EST on Dec 12, 2024 you are no longer permitted to create/submit expense forms. You need to wait until the system is available on January 6, 2025." whilst I am trying to submit a claim whereas today is 9th January 2025. Has anyone facing this issue or know by when this should be resolved?
Thanks

Hi @ioftiger ,

Can you create fresh new report and try submitting.  Let's see if it gets submitted.

Thanks!

Hi @ericcercier ,

I mean to say if you are trying to submit existing created report then instead of that create another new report and try to submit.  Let's see if tht works.

Thanks!

Pooja

Hi @ericcercier ,

With reference to error msg given in this post above possible that your site admin might have blocked expense report creation/submission due to some maintenance related work. However this is just a guess.

I would suggest you to reach out to your company Concur Administrator and check with them as they are the one who have blocked expense submission due to some reason. Probably they would give you some tentative date by when system will be up for expense report submission.

Thanks!

Pooja

@ioftiger a colleague of yours posted here as well. I looked at your site and it is a rule that is still currently active, but needs to be turned off. You can sign in and look in the Company Notes section of the SAP Concur home screen. In there you should see an option that your company provided that says AskHR. There you should be able to contact that team an let them know what is happening.

I believe this is an oversight by the person who turned the rule on.

Thank you,

Update for those on this thread. I reached out to your company's SAP Concur account manager who is going to contact the person who can get this issue resolved. I don't know the time frame, but we are making the right people aware of the problem.

Thank you,
