@Hashem88k first thing we would need to know is if you have been set up with an SAP Concur profile. If you aren't sure, I always recommend speaking with your direct manager and have them assist you with finding out if you have been set up or not. Likely your manager would also know if your company has any help resources for you to reference to see the steps for booking a flight.
