New Travel Experience and Travel Request

Hi there,

 

I'd like to ask if anyone is experiencing a similar issue and/or have any ideas to help figure this out.

 

Our company has indirect travel integrated with travel request.  The traveler begins travel booking through the approved request.  Many travelers are not directed to the new travel experience, and instead are directed to the legacy travel.  Several months ago, we discussed this with the TMC and Concur support and didn't have luck at that time, and we are revisiting it now again.  

 

Some history:

We switched TMCs last year and we automatically were on the new travel experience with the new TMC.  We were on legacy with the previous TMC.

 

Has anyone experienced this issue and if so, is there a way this can be fixed, and if so, how?
