@Msheffield13 hello there. This community site is not the site for booking travel or for requesting travel be booked for you. This is not SAP Concur Travel support or a travel agency site. Your company has a designated travel agency you can call for travel bookings. If you aren't sure who that is, I recommend speaking to your direct manager as they should be able to direct you.
Lastly, we do not recommend posting personal information (like full name and phone numbers on this site), so I'm going to delete those from your post.
