New Concur error code - tp-00002

does anyone know what this error code means? Appears on the flight search ?

Not sure about the error, however, below is the similar article attaching for your reference. It is for error code:tp-00001

This is related to some custom trip fields.

If you are still not able to resolve the issue, then you can reach out to your company Concur Administrator or direct manager and check with them.

@CJBarker I looked this up but the description was pretty generic. It said something about an error with the upstream service. I have no idea what this means.

If the error persists, I recommend calling your company's travel agency to get this booked. I would ask them about the error. Maybe they can provide some information.
