Never any results when searching for train journeys

Each time I search for train tickets, the search results are always blank. 

I've tried different locations, destinations, dates and times. 

The results are always blank. 

Any way of fixing this?

@mcallenm what are the cities, dates and times you are looking to book? Also, could you try again and take a screenshot of what the search details you are entering please? You should be able to paste a screenshot into your reply to me. 🙂

@mcallenm I'm trying to recreate your search. My screen looks a bit different from the screenshot you shared. Could you take a screenshot of your entire browser window and send it to me in a private message, please? Also, in your message could you walk me through the steps you took to get to the screen you shared here in this thread. 

 

To send me a private message, click my username (KevinD) then the Message button. One last thing, when you paste an image into a private message, once it is pasted in, click on the image. It will become highlighted. This will allow you to then click on any corner of the image and make it larger. Please do this otherwise the image will be really small for me.

So this system won't let me upload any more photos. 

It's any search I do, no journeys come back.
