National Rental Car does not Populate with already booked trips.

In my Profile I have the correct ID for National, when the reservation comes thru it shows another number. Where do I start to have this corrected?

@DRM by correct ID are you referring to your rewards program number with National?

This is affecting me also. For a trip I took in July I had to call National and tell them my reservation number. They were able to add my member number and bang, it showed up in my app. I'm traveling again next week and have the same issue, my reservation does not show up in my app.

@mlefevers so I'm clear, you have a National frequent traveler number entered on your Concur Travel profile or no? If not, try adding it and see if that works.

Hi Kevin. Yep, my National number is in my Concur account.  Its only National I'm having an issue with. Southwest Airlines and Marriott work just fine.

Hi @KevinD,  It looks like my National number was incorrect when I made my bookings.  I have since then made the correction on my profile.  Will this update my national app with the bookings?

@bruanbj I don't know if it will update or not. If the bookings were made, then you updated your National number, I'm not sure that will affect what you see in the app. I can't say for sure, but it is more likely that future bookings would reflect in the app, however I don't know. Most often when a reservation isn't showing in an app, it is an issue with the vendor, not with SAP Concur.
