Multiple errors on Concur - where can I get assist...

Hi there, it is not the first time I'm getting errors while trying to book a flight or a hotel. This time I got a new one for the hotel.

I know I might need to process this through our travel agency, but before that, does anyone know how can I get this solved or where can I get support/report this?

Really appreciated.

@SPC I think your best option is to call the travel agency to get this booked.

I'm curious as to why for the hotel it says Name field is required.
