Misspelling on Name

Hi,

 

Consumer just emailed the day before flight 7am on Monday PST that the last name is misspelled. How do I update this? Thank you.

I think, to change the name on an issued ticket, you would need to contact the airline.

 

On the other hand, check the traveler's profile in Concur to see if it is correct. And update it in Concur or in the application that provides this information to Concur.

@consumersfaq I would agree with @cjmarimo. Also, your company's travel agency may be able to get this done as well.
