We have set up a meeting in Concur with Travelers navigating to Concur through CVENT. One traveler was able to book a return flight on 10/24, two days past the set meeting end time. I've attached a screen shot of the meeting configuration . Can someone please help me understand how to prevent this?

@RbreenDC From what I found, there is not built-in auto-block of bookings that are outside the designated meeting dates.
You can create a travel rule that would prevent bookings if the selected dates are not within the Meeting dates, but this requires some additional work by setting up some custom travel fields and then creating the rule based off of those custom fields.
