Looking for Highly Rated Travel company for booking in Concur?

Can anyone recommend a travel agency within Concur? We used Travel Leaders, which is now Altour, and we have had terrible experiences with them since the merge.

@Mdesantis if you are a site admin at your company, I would recommend requesting to join the Admin Group here on the Community and post your question in that group. This forum tends to be more trafficked by end users and not those who would decide on a new travel agency.

When my company started with Concur, our Concur account rep reviewed my company's list of needs/concerns and recommended we use Direct Accommodations https://directacc.com/ and the Concur rep was even part of the introduction call to make sure it was a good fit. I'd interviewed a dozen travel agencies by that time and was skeptical, but I'm eternally grateful to Concur for recommending DA to us. Direct Accommodations customizes its services for its clients and definitely customized our service tier for our account -- they provide us 24/7 support, monthly reporting, ongoing training/onboarding, and a dedicated point of contact for our travelers. I can't imagine my travel program without Direct Accommodations; they're responsible for so much of our users positive travel experiences. I know a lot of Concur admins love their travel agencies, so I'm curious if Concur reps made those recommendations as well? If you reach out to your Concur Client Success manager, they might be able to point you to travel agencies that'll be a good fit for you.

Thank you for your feedback and recommendation. We will certainly look into Direct Accommodations for our travel needs.
