Legal Entity Error

I have been using Concur for my work expenses for 4 years. I have never had a Legel Entity doesnt match Error. Now I can't submit my expense. I never changed anything. So how do I resolve this so I can just do my expenses??? This is frustrating and worst part is that there is no Customer Support phone numbers to help resolve this and the Chat Bot is worthless!!!

@cabrera_18 it is likely due to a change your company made to the Concur system. I'm looking at your reports and I see one with an error but it is due to an undefined expense. I do see you have a report that was submitted in February, so I'm going to take it that you were able to resolve the issue.
