Issues with the New Concur Travel

Is anyone else experiencing several issues with the New Concur Travel?  We actually had to roll back to the legacy version of travel because it was so bad.  Issues we are facing are below.  Curious if it's just us, or if these are larger issues.

- Negotiated rates for about half of our hotels are not populating - all hotels were loaded the same way, and there is no rhyme or reason as to why some are not showing correctly

- Flight search - economy option not showing for several flights, even when seats are available

- LLF - taking other airports into account 

- BAR missing for several reservations

Yes, definite issues with New Concur regarding content - United Fares, First Class Seat Map not displaying. couldn't see flights from SJC airport. Every day there is another glitch, another issue and another complaint. I am trying to understand if it is New Concur or if it is Travelport.

Flight reservations are getting randomly cancelled for our users, system reverted to an older interface at some point yesterday, really disruptive.

Yes, I have submitted tickets but have not had any success solving the multiple issues. How do we go about moving back to Legscy Concur?

@CEL22 I don't know if you can full move back to Legacy. I suggest speaking with your assigned SAP Concur Customer Success Manager and see what they say.

Yes, I am not sure of the latest release, but we are experiencing way more glitches than usual. Its too hard to replicate them all. We work through our travel agency to report them.  Our guess is that it may be due to the result by price logic. I was trying to help a traveler today just find the flights he needed and it kept returning bad options even when we tried to adjust different settings, time, airports, how many stops etc.  I especially notice the issues after the initial search and you make edits it comes back with terrible options - more stops than anyone would ever want for short flights.  I cannot even promote booking simple trips in Concur Travel right now. Terrible.
