Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get rid of duplicate lines when creating Intelligence reports specific to travel? When running reports, I have certain travelers who have multiple line items for flights and then other travelers with just one line item with their complete travel path. I have an image below for reference, you can see for this traveler, some of the line items include her entire trip total, hotel included but the first line item is strictly the flight. My goal with this report is to have flights, car, and hotel all in one master report but perhaps that is the issue? Because the record locator number is the same for flights, cars, hotels, I cannot filter to remove duplicates.
I have a variety of fields that I've added and then delete to see if that will fix the issue but it's randomized what fields are filled with the correct information and what are blank.
