Inquiry on Hotel Booking for Personal Travel with Family

Hi,

I’m a university employee and recently used Concur to book a suite at a hotel for personal travel. I plan to stay with my family members, but I noticed that the booking confirmation lists only 1 guest.

I understand that bookings through Concur typically default to a single guest, but since the suite I reserved can accommodate up to 4 persons, it doesn’t seem practical to book a separate room through the guest booking. What would be the best way to handle this in my case?

@jicucsdedu I think your safest option is to contact the hotel directly and let them know the total number of guests. Concur Travel is designed for individual business travel, so it doesn't really have options for updating personal travel to include other guests on the reservation.
