Our HQ is in Germany and our financial department also insists that the correct address is stated on the invoice. We use a direct connection to HRS so the travel agency is not involved here. The addresses in Concur are correct but we still have lots of issues especially with hotels in the UK and the US. Sometimes hotels even refuse to hand out an invoice at all and they say that the traveller would get it from HRS. So my feeling is that the hotels actually just don't care.
