I see different airfare rates than my coworker for the same route

A coworker and I are working on a trip together, same destination, she sees cheaper rates than I do for the same options. Why is that? Id like to be able to travel together, but the price I get is out of company policy. Is there a way for me to be able to see the same options as she does?

In SAP Concur Travel, two employees may see different airfare prices for the same route due to :

1.  Different Travel Policies

2.  Fare Eligibility

3.  Search Settings or

4.  Real-Time Airline availability.

Booking the same flight does not guarantee the same fare.

Do not bypass the company's travel policy

Request an approved exception ,if necessary.

SAP Concur documentation confirms that company travel rules can restrict or hide certain fares,

and different fare options may be displayed for the same flight.
