I can't select a hotel that my colleagues do have booked

Hi we will ravel from different parts of the world and would like to stay in the same hotel. My US colleague (I am myself in EU) do have selected one hotel in the concur list. I can see this hotel by I do receive permanently errors when trying to select it..."Correlation ID: 558e2064-f3fa-4a2d-8ef1-375cc087dc6b". Any idea why ? Thank you for your help 🙂

Market or Point-of-Sale Restrictions: The hotel rate may be available for booking from the U.S. point of sale but not from the traveler's EU point of sale. 
Hotels sometimes distribute different rates, inventory, or booking permissions by country.

@Olivier31 I was going to reply with almost the same thing as @Lindasisung. 

I suggest calling your travel agency to see if they can book the hotel for you. That is your best option. They might also be able to tell you if your location of the EU is restricting the booking.
