I am getting an error while booking a flight ticket - Passenger address is missing etc

Hello @pkrovvidi 

 

These details are required by the airlines to issue the ticket, which is why Concur validates that they are present and within the character limits.
This error occurs because the traveler’s profile does not have complete address information.

 

To resolve this, access your profile in Concur:
 Go to "Profile" ->"Personal Information". And complete the mandatory fields:

  • Address
  • City
  • State/Province
  • Postal code and country (if applicable)

Then, save the changes and try booking again.
