How to enable a person as Assistant?

Hi team, Out of the several hundred of users in SAP Concur for our company, I need to enable a person as assistant but the name can't be identified in the auto-populated list. Is there something that enables the person in the system that must be updated besides the phone number? How can we find a person if not pulled by the system?

@AndreaGonzalez have you double-checked that the person who you are trying to add as the assistant has the Travel Wizard User box checked on their profile. The user must have this permission or they cannot be added.

Give that a look and let me know.

Thank you KevinD. I did some more research on this and even though the TravelWizard User box is 'enabled', the main issue seems to be regarding the person not being in the same country or entity. I'll have to keep working on this, but thanks.
