How does one edit the list of available fee types under Airline Fees?

I would like to add a couple of options under the Airline Fee types, but am unable to determine where that would be accomplished.  I do not see them anywhere as a list / connected list, and I did take the advanced configuration training years ago, and have had that access since then.  Anyone know where to look for this?

@Rhoogerh so I'm clear on what you are looking to do...are you wanting to add some additional expense types that are related to Airline Fees? If so, that would be done on the Expense Types screen accessed from the Expense Administration screen. From the Concur homepage, click Home. Under Administration from the menu, select Expense. On the next screen, look for Expense Types.

Actually, I am looking to add one (or more) additional Airline Fee Type Codes . . . so that when someone selects Airline Fees as the expense type, they have more options as to which type of Fee Type Code to select.   I can see them in Localization, but I do not have the ability to add / change / delete any.
