@paulykr why can't you make a profile? Is it because you aren't supposed to, do you not have access to create profiles or some other issue. I'm going to need a little more information on why you can't.
Also, you don't need the student to have a profile to book for them. There is a guest booking option in Concur Travel where if activated, you can book travel for people without an SAP Concur profile. Are you a Travel Admin at your company? If not, do you know who manages travel at your company?
