Hello!

I work in a hotel and we have submitted an RFP for a company (Tetra Laval) and I am unsure the corporate rate (approved with the RFP) is showing on Concur. I have verified, and the rate is correctly loaded on GDS, but some travelers from this company mentioned they don't see the rate in Concur. I would like to first confirm if the rate is showing, to try to find a solution afterwards. My hotel is from the IHG chain, InterContinental in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

@Sgonzalez100 if a company has negotiated a rate with your hotel, the Travel administrator for that company would need to enter the negotiated rate into their SAP Concur site.

It is possible the travel admin didn't enter the rate.

Unfortunately we do not have a direct contact with the travel administrator of the company, since this relationship is managed between the hotel chain and the company, but not at a hotel level.

We will try to see if IHG can help.
