@anadiaz Hello there. So, we don't know if your company pre-pays hotels for its employees. You should be able to sign in to SAP Concur and book your hotel. I looked up your email address and found an SAP Concur profile for you. It has the Travel permission on, so you should be able to sign in and do a hotel booking.
