How Can I Disable the "Helpful Tips"

When booking travel after the latest update these little "helpful tips" boxes keep popping up. Is there a way to disable them? They are pretty annoying. Thank you!

@regcarter09 could you take a screenshot of one of the Helpful Tips boxes for me please? These might be something your company has enabled, which if so, you won't be able to disable them.

          Click “Next” or “Close (X)”. Normally, once you complete the walkthrough, the system stops showing it in future sessions. This happened to me this morning.

Thank you for the suggestion, I've gone through the walkthrough many times, clicked X multiple times, clicked next multiple times.  Still pops up every morning.

Steps to Disable Guided Tips:  Requires the Employee Administrator or Expense/Invoice Configuration Administrator role.

Go to: "Administration"-> "Company" -> "Company Admin"-> "User Assistance Settings".

To disable tips for all users, click the toggle next to "Turn On User Assistance" to turn it off.

If you want to disable tips only for certain countries/regions, select the country in that screen and then turn it off.

Click Save.
