The hotel I normally book with has changed their name from "Clarion Collection X" to "Home hotel X". Concur travel still shows the old name and always with no availability despite there actually being plenty of availability at the hotel(s), I tried contacting the hotel chain who responded that they are not aware of any issues with any travel agencys.
