Hotel disappearing on the list and map

Hi,

I'm trying to book a conference hotel in Bannf (The Fairmont Bannf Springs). When I search for the hotel (I tried different search criteria. E.g. distance from the address, zip etc), the hotel appears on the list and map initially, but then disappears within a second or so. 

How can I book a room at that exact hotel?

@HRXL have you tried using a different browser? 

Also, which dates are you searching for? I want to try the same hotel and dates and see if I have the same issue.

Lastly, if you need it booked immediately, you can contact your company's travel agency. I would like to try and recreate the issue, so if you could provide the dates, I'll try it and see what happens.
