Hotel booking issue

Hello,

Concur Travel is currently displaying the following error message when I try to book a hotel (after having selected a hotel and clicking the "Reserve Hotel and Continue" button :

"We're Sorry...
We encountered an issue that prevented us from completing your request.
We were unable to book your hotel due to the following error from the reservation system:


LINK BUSY - RETRY IN 3 MINUTES
UNABLE TO PROCESS THIS RESERVATION. TRY AGAIN *"

@jfbougel I did a search for this error and what I found is that this error occurs when the reservation system has an issue communicating back to SAP Concur. I would suggest waiting a few minutes or if you need the booking done immediately, call your company's travel agency and see if they can get you booked.

thank you very much for your reply. unfortunately, I tried several times today, at different times, and I always end up with the same error.

@jfbougel hmm...that's frustrating to say the least. I would call your company's travel agency. They might be able to get you booked.

It's an option... but it doesn't solve the problem.
Is there a support that is responsible for resolving this malfunction?
