I am seeing this error message when trying to book a hotel:
NAME OR /FG- NUMBER REQUIRED REWARDS NUMBER REQUIRED TO BOOK *
I don't see anything in the rules that says a rewards number is required for booking. Is there a known fix or workaround to this type of issue? I've included some screenshots below for your referece. Thank you.
