I am seeing this error message when trying to book a hotel:
NAME OR /FG- NUMBER REQUIRED REWARDS NUMBER REQUIRED TO BOOK *
I don't see anything in the rules that says a rewards number is required for booking. Is there a known fix or workaround to this type of issue? I've included some screenshots below for your referece. Thank you.
@P2013045422 it means the rate can only be booked by those who have a rewards number. The workaround is to either pick a different rate for that hotel or sign up for their rewards program and enter that number into your Concur Travel Profile.
I've seen this before and I don't know why the hotels do not publish something upfront that says the rate is only good for rewards members.
