Holiday Inn Express Midtown Anchorage

Can someone please let me know if our hotel shows when booking travel to Anchorage, AK? We opened a month ago, are on the GDS and I had a key account company who is eligible for the IHG chainwide discount state that she could not find our new hotel. The channels hotel team at IHG states we are bookable. Since I do not have a Concur account, I cannot verify. I would greatly appreciate it.

I see a HI EXP at 160 W 48th Ave ...but it has no star rating. Some companies may have a travel policy that blocks hotels with no star rating. Tell her to ask the Concur administrator if it might be blocked because of this. She could also book the hotel directly with her company's travel agency to get the discount if she can't do it online.
