Hilton Honors Number never gets to Hilton

Why is it Hilton Honors Number never gets to Hilton, I see it in my profile, I always make sure it is in the window when booking a hotel stay. It shows on confirmation email I get after booking. But is never send the Hilton Honors Number to Hilton. Hilton is aware BCD Travel never send it and not sure why they do not and I always have to have them link it after booking. What is the use of having it in profile if it never gets past on. I book about 20 or more stays a year and it become a pain to call Hilton Honors to link all the time.

@Jo008mc I would be frustrated as well, but if BCD isn't passing on that information, then there isn't anything SAP Concur can do about that. We are just the tool that allows you to choose your travel options, the travel agencies are the ones who ultimately fulfill the booking. 

Have you tried contacting BCD and asked them about this?

I thought it was one in the same I log into Concur Portal create my reservations which has all my profile info and hit submit and assume it all gets past off to hotel. I I need to go to BDC I am sure I will get the run around and it will never get resolved.
