Hertz Gold Card Number

I just booked travel and the system came back telling me that I don't have Hertz gold card. I do have the gold card through Eaton. Where can we put our account numbers for Herts and others (Hilton, etc.) into Concur? I see it for airlines but not other suppliers.

@ChuckR in the Frequent Traveler Program section of your Travel profile, when you click Add a Program (see screenshot) you should see three radio buttons with a plane, car and bed icon. If you choose the Car radio button, the drop down field will change to Car Rental Company where you can choose Hertz then enter in your number. I just went into your profile and see it the option there.
