Help Getting an account created in Concur, I may have one?

I work for the State of Michigan and we use Concur for our travel needs. I am trying to create an account or get logged in. I created one in the community, but that is not the same I am learning. I need assistance in getting a travel account if possible.

@RonnieB1 my colleague used your email address to do a search and no profile was found. I don't know if your organization allows for self-registration with SAP Concur Travel or not. I would suggest speaking with your direct manager to see if they know who at your organization to reach out to for assistance. From what my colleague said, there doesn't seem to be a profile created for you yet.

@RonnieB1 your company will need to set you up with an SAP Concur profile. I would recommend speaking with your direct manager to see what your process is for requesting a profile be created for you.

Kevin,

 

No person on my team ever had a problem setting up an account. Yet I can't get past putting my username in?  Everytime I put in a password it says not right. And its the only password I use. When I ask for an email to authenticate....I never get it.  Please advise.

@RonnieB1 I've tried searching for your email address to see if there is profile associated to it and I'm not finding anything. The reason you might not be receiving an email is because you don't have a profile set up yet. We can only send an email to you if your work email is tied to an SAP Concur profile. If no email arrives, most likely because there is not associated SAP Concur profile with that email. 

 

In looking at your organization, it appears you are only using our Travel booking tool. I'm having someone I know who works exclusively with Concur Travel to see if she can find a profile based on your email address. I'll see what she says.

Thank you Kevin. That is true we only use it for travel. And I am hoping to get some answers or a way to create or update the account.
