Getting error "Sabre Profiles Safe Mode Not Available" when trying to book a hotel

When I try to book a hotel or plane ticket, I am getting error: "SABRE PROFILES SAFE MODE NOT AVAILABLE", I need it to be fixed urgently, I need to arrange my trip. Urgently seeking for help
