Frequent Flyer # not registering aftere Concur Expense UI upgrade

When I book flights in Concur, my frequent flyer information is not registering with United App or Southwest Airlines App. Now booked flights will not appear in app. Have to call airline to repair. This did not start until the user interface changed recently. Very time consuming having to contact airlines.

@sgmadiso have you booked on airlines other than United and Southwest recently? Did your FF number register with them and did those reservations appear in those airline apps?

No, I typically only fly United Airlines and Southwest Airlines. Have been for years and have never had my reservations not show up. Thanks

@sgmadiso my Travel contact told me you should submit this issue to Concur Support. If you know who your company's travel administrator is, contact them and they can submit the help ticket on your behalf.

Also verified in travel profile that my frequent flyer numbers are entered and are correct.
